InfraSight Announces Former EVR Research Founder and CFO Charles Portz to Board of Directors

Charlotte, NC – February 20, 2025 – InfraSight Software Corporation, the leader in compute risk management technologies, is pleased to announce the appointment of Charles Portz to its Board of Directors. With extensive experience in financial management, investment operations, and compliance, Charles brings a wealth of expertise that will support InfraSight’s AI platform vision and growth.

Mr. Portz is the Founder of Pura Vida Partners, a consulting firm which helps businesses navigate early-stage challenges and growth. Prior to founding Pura Vida, Charles was the founding CFO and Chief Compliance Officer of EVR Research, a long/short equity hedge fund, where he played a key role in growing the firm from its inception to over $500M in Assets Under Management (AUM). His experience also includes time at Investure, an Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) firm with over $12B in AUM, where he led due diligence efforts across 200+ investment relationships. Earlier in his career, Mr. Portz was the Investment Operations Manager at The Riverstone Group, a single-family office, where he built the back- and middle-office functions to support a diversified investment portfolio.
