Leadership

Tim Martin
CEO
Tim has spent the last decade acquiring significant expertise relating to cloud, enterprise software development, and financial markets. Prior to founding InfraSight, he had exposure to the public sector via a joint-venture he formed with representatives of the Lower Brule Corporation, a Section 17 Federal Corporation (wholly-owned by the Lower Brule Sioux Tribe). Tim was formerly the COO for UCX (Universal Compute Xchange), a startup company that, at the time, had partnered with CME Group to introduce a commodity exchange for Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS). Before getting into tech, Tim pursued a career as a professional golfer after starting out behind the pro shop counter. Tim currently serves as the President and on the Finance Committee of Huntersville Presbyterian Church in North Carolina.

Sandy Atwell
Chief Business Officer
Sandy has decades of experience in global business development for emerging technology initiatives and is highly respected as a specialist in Gordian Knots, Break Markets, and Pivots for multiple vertical market sectors. Over the last decade she has been deeply involved in cloud, AI/ML, AR/VR, and cybersecurity. Sandy is a seasoned CEO, Board Member, and early stage investor whose history includes Founder/CEO of ACS and Valkyrie Ventures, Partner/Board Member of Eleven Canterbury, Founding Board Member CloudNOW, Advisory Board UCX, Board Member/Partner Advisory BMC Software, Board Member Control F1, Founder Network Professional Association, and Founder Patrol User Group. She enjoys sharing that she started life in a data center at age 16 so her perspective is finely tuned to the reality of enterprise client needs.

Myles Trachtenberg
Chief Technology Officer
Myles is an accomplished senior operations and technology executive with over 20 years of experience across businesses in financial, healthcare, technology, and other sectors. He currently leads a private technology consulting practice that provides interim CIO and CTO management services. Previously, he was CIO and a Board Member at Pythian, SVP/CIO for TravelClick, CIO for Register.com, CTO for FreshDirect, CTO for Intralinks, and VP/CIO for Prudential Healthcare. Myles earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Vermont. In 2005, Myles received a CIO 100 award from CIO Magazine, and he’s been on the technology advisory council of several Fortune 100 companies.

Bob Lerner
Chairman
Bob has 30 years of experience in the investment management industry and has co-founded several firms, most notably Partners Capital Investment Group, LLC and Mount Lucas Management Corporation. Bob's been an early-stage investor in several notable investment research firms, including Intralinks, Inc., Gerson Lehrman Group, CallStreet, and Majestic Research. Previously, Bob was a Senior Advisor to Raging Capital Management, LLC, (a long-short hedge fund) and a Venture Partner with Princeton Ventures Management, LLC (a growth equity investment firm). Bob also is a Partner at Monimus Capital Management, LP (a long-short hedge fund) and a member of the Board of Directors of Evermore Global Advisors, LLC. Bob is a graduate of Cornell University and Boston University Law School.

Bob Lipstein
Board Member
Bob is a retired Sr. Partner at KPMG with extensive leadership experience in corporate strategy, enterprise risk, audit, and IT. For several years he was the KPMG Global IT Partner in Charge, and he also was the Global Partner in Charge of Sarbanes Oxley 404 Services for many years. He led the firm's largest advisory business unit, which served federal government clients, financial institutions, and commercial enterprises. He has extensive experience advising clients on how to align IT solutions with business strategy. He also has extensive experience as a member of the Board of Directors of Seacoast Banking Corp. (NASD: SBCF), Ocwen Financial (NYSE: OCN), and Einstein Healthcare Network, as well as serving on the Advisory Board of CrossCountry Consulting. Bob earned a B.S. in accounting from the Univ. of Delaware and is a licensed CPA.

Becky Wanta
Board Member
Becky is an accomplished IT executive with 30 years of experience working in senior-level positions with a number of prominent US brands. Previously, Becky was SVP/Chief Innovation, Information and Technology Officer for MGM Resorts International, SVP/CIO for BestBuy, VP/Global CTO for PepsiCo, and EVP/Global CTO for Wells Fargo. Becky also is the founder of RSW1C, a technology consulting firm. Becky earned her B.S. in Management Information Sciences from Chapman University (Summa Cum Laude) and her MBA with an MIS concentration (Magna Cum Laude) from Golden Gate University. In 2012, she was honored by ExecRanks as one of the top 200 CIOs and one of the top 50 female CIOs. She also holds two US patents.

Ed Jordan
Advisor
Ed is an accomplished C-Suite executive with 35 years of experience working with entrepreneurs and developing financial strategies for growth. Previously, Ed was CFO at Billtrust, CEO of JAGTAG (acquired by Augme Technologies), CFO at Flarion Technologies (sold to Qualcomm), Co-Founder and CFO at ITXC (sold to Teleglobe of Canada), and CFO of Dialogic Corporation (sold to Intel). He started his career at Deloitte. Ed earned his B.S. in Accounting from Lehigh University and is a licensed CPA. In 2002, he was honored as “CFO of the Year” as well as a “CFO Hall of Fame” winner by the New Jersey Technology Council.

Jeff Spalding
Advisor
Jeff is currently the President of Spalding Solutions, a growth execution firm. He previously was President/CEO of Versiant Corporation, a managed and professional services SaaS provider. He currently is a member of Versiant’s Board of Directors. Before Versiant, Jeff was COO and Chief Revenue Officer at Peak 10, a private equity-backed data center and cloud services company. He also was Head of Sales for Osprey Systems, SAP e-commerce consulting and software firm. Jeff spent the early part of his career at IBM rising to North Americas Business Unit Executive. Jeff earned a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of South Florida.

Dr. David Kirk
Advisor
Dr. Kirk has 30 years’ experience advising companies on how to leverage technology to deliver enhanced business solutions. He is an accomplished Chief Technology Officer and Chief Architect and has worked for a number of prominent companies including KPMG, IBM (Federal Systems Division), MTM Technologies, and Lockheed Martin. David has several patents and has also published many papers on real-time systems and intelligent automation. David has a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Syracuse University, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.

Roger Strukhoff
Advisor
Roger is the founder of Tau Global Research, with offices in Manila, San Juan, and the Chicago area. He has spent more than three decades in the tech industry and focuses today on cloud computing, enterprise software, and emerging technologies such as blockchain and AI/ML. He has served as a Division President at IDG, VP/Editorial at Cloud Expo Media, Director at TIBCO Software and Altoros, and Manager, Customer Stories at the Linux Foundation. He co-founded Cloud Expo, JavaOne, and SunWorld Japan. He earned his BA at Knox College, a Certificate in Technical Writing at UC-Berkeley, and MBA/International Economics at Cal State-East Bay.
